Getting Started


How do you feel today? Do you lack of confident on the way you look? Nowadays, people are so busy making money and worrying other important things but they don't well aware that they increase in size.  This lifestyle effect their health in a very negative ways.  Everybody makes mistakes right.  I once was like that.  Ignoring what I eat, what I look like (well sometimes I might have), more importantly I doesn't take care my health.  It took me so many years to realize that I should make a move now.  There are many reason why I want to lose weight.  Well you see, I'm not the person that want to look pretty, I'm all about the inner beauty.  Then, I get bored for being fat.  People look down on us.  They look at they way we eat and keep on commenting how we look.  It is so annoying sometimes.  "You cannot cut you hair like that because you're fat." Seriously?  That's why I make changes, but how?  That is the pop-out question every time you said you want to lose weight.  How? Yes. How? So I started from doing small changes.  By building up the confident I can do it.  There is no other things or people that can make you fail except you.  "YOU DO NOT PLAN TO FAIL BUT YOU FAIL TO PLAN."-Anonymous
First you need your confident that you can do it, because if you have started all this you must finish it even it takes longer than everybody else.  If you got so much money, you can buy all the products or weight management program but bare in mind that it is also starting from building your self-confident.  So how we gonna build-up the self-confident? Well, it's depend on how you can motivate yourself, for me, I read article or watch in youtube about person that already success in losing their weight and trust me they look much much better.  Other than that, they look happy and healthy.  You need to have goal.  Set you goal that you can easily achieve.  You cannot success by setting you goal that is beyond you capabilities.  For example, you making small changes then you want to lose 1 kg or 0.5 kg for 1 month, that is a head start.  Others way, you taking someone as you competitor, your idol and somewhat, by that you can get really motivated to continue all the hard works.  Get really Motivate and change your life.  Want more from me?
