After you have your confident that you can do this in the long run, let's talk about DIET PLAN. We need to manage our diet plan carefully that suit us best. People always make mistake here, they starve their self to death instead of doing proper research and making a good diet plan. We can also buy diet plan that provided by some trainer, in fact you can get them online. There are many diet plan that can be used such as low carbohydrate diet, high fiber diet, and many more. You just need to do research about diet plan that suit you. I have my diet plan myself, because I live in country that eat rice. So I make a proper diet plan that have low carbohydrate intake. I combine both of the low carbs diet and high fiber diet and add protein to my diet. Low carbs diet is about lowering the intake of carbohydrate, if you just a beginner, try to reduce your portion slowly. High fiber diet is about taking a lot of fiber such as vegetables and fruit, this is very important to you because it can help to make you feel full. Protein is very important because they can boost up our metabolism and speed up the fat burning process. Other than that, water is very important if you want to lose weight fast. Water responsible for making us full, boost our metabolism, remove all toxic compound in our body and hydrate us. Water is the most fundamental part in every diet. Next, I will add up green tea to my diet, it have same function as water but the tea is more effective in removing your toxic compound. Drinking 700 ml of green tea surely help in burning the fat and you can feel the changes. It is recommended to drink water 8 glasses a day about 2 liters or 3 liters. Below is the diet plan that I used:
Breakfast (7.00 am): Low fat milk with Cereal (Special Kellogg's Special K) and a glass of green tea
Brunch (10.00 am): Biscuits, nuts, or any fruits
Lunch (12.00 pm): Mainly Vegetable (High Fiber meal)
Tea time (3.00 pm): High Fiber Biscuits, nuts, with Tea
Dinner (6.00 pm): Low fat milk with Cereal (Special Kellogg's Special K)
That is the diet plan that I used. I done my research and I've came out with this diet plan. It is recommended to eat at a small portion. It can boost up your metabolism. Between the meal, it is also recommended to drink a lot of water, to make you feel hydrated. But if you want a easy way, you can just take supplement or nutrition to substitute your meal. You can used that but with a trick, drink a lot a lot of water to make you full and if you start to get hungry, drink the water again until you full. It is simple as that. Not matter what method you used to lose weight, water is VERY IMPORTANT. Bare that in mind.
